Your Facebook and Instagram data

Wiggle BOS lets a business connect its Facebook Page, and the Instagram account linked to it, so the business can post and see how its Page is doing.

What we keep

• Your Facebook user id and name, so we know who connected the Page.
• The Pages you chose, their names, and the Instagram account linked to each.
• The access keys Facebook gave us to post for those Pages.

We do not keep your friends, your messages or anything from your personal profile.

How to remove it

Any of these removes everything listed above:

• On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Choose the app and press Remove. We delete your connection as soon as Facebook tells us.
• In Wiggle BOS, open Settings, then Connections, and press Disconnect next to Facebook Page.
• Email derek@floofdigital.com and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

Posts already published to your Page or Instagram stay there; delete them on Facebook or Instagram if you want them gone.

If you sign in with Facebook

When you use Continue with Facebook to sign in, we keep only your name, your email address, whether Facebook says that address is verified, and the fact that you signed in with Facebook. We use them to sign you in and nothing else.

To delete your Facebook sign-in, do either of these and we delete it within 30 days:

• On Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites. Choose Wiggle BOS Login and press Remove.
• Email derek@floofdigital.com and ask us to delete it.

Removing your sign-in does not delete a workspace you own or its content. To delete those too, say so in your email. Our privacy policy has the details.
